This bike was built from the ground up by UGC. We started with a Kraft Tech 230 Chopper frame with 4 inches of down tube stretch and 1.5 inches of back bone stretch.

It has 38 degrees of rake and rides on a 6 inch over springer. The rear wheel is a Sturgis "smoothie" with a 1 inch axle and the front is an 80 spoke twisted spoke wheel from CCI.

We shaved the fatbob mounts off of the frame and welded the hidden mounts in place to hold the gas tank. We also lowered the tunnel on the tank to mount it higher and we hid the ignition switch in the space between the new and old tunnels.

As you see here it has been fitted with a new Russ Wernimont strut-less rear fender for a softtail(tm).

The sheet metal is a combination of aftermarket parts, swapmeet parts and UGC fabrication. The front fender is an all steel UGC creation; 4 inches have been chopped from the font and 4 inches added to the rear, decorative gussets were added and we smoothed it all in. We chopped and sectioned the rear fender to sit low on the tire .

We no longer needed room inside the fender for suspension travel since there is no suspension. We also eliminated all electrical systems except the vitals (headlight, tail light and starter). The tank is a West Coast choppers "Villian" that we customized to fit the frame and seat area.
