This bike is a 2006 Dyna Lowrider. From the factory it was pearl white with silver and blue pinstripes as well as silver and blue tank badges. Our customer liked the color combinations, but he was looking to add a custom touch to set his ride apart. To meet his expectations we stripped the tins and re-sprayed them the same blue frost pearl that they were to begin with, but not before filling and smoothing the tail light opening in the rear fender. Eliminating the tail light from the fender offers us a larger "canvas" to fill with custom graphics.

To bring the factory colors back into the paint scheme we added blue pinstripes to the  flames and the perimeter as well as a silver stripe around the perimeter; another fabulous job by our striper Steve Leblanc.

The flame and skull graphics are carried out only in the areas outlined by pinstripes on the factory paint scheme. The graphics are achieved through shading and highlighting with black and white only. This technique allows the underlying blue frost pearl to "illuminate" through the highlights in the graphics causing the flames and skulls to flicker blue in the sunlight.

The custom lighting and plate mount put the finishing touches on this clean and mildly custom Dyna. The bullet directionals are LED for longevity and superior brightness, and the swingarm mounted Diamond LED tail light/license plate bracket adds just a touch of chopper to the look not to mention a little more chrome.
