Custom disc brake conversion on a weld-on hardtail conversion for a 1975 Sportster

We used a rear caliper from a late model wideglide. A fair amount of machining went into cleaning up the caliper/bracket and making it double as the axle adjuster. The sliding caliper anchor was designed and custom built for this bike.

Pressure to caliper is provided by this Performance machine master cylinder, which was modified to be cable operated and mount under the oil tank.
